These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the loyalty program operated by the Brand through the STAMPEDE platform. By registering for or using this loyalty program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Loyalty Program
1.1 Stamp Collection
- Stamps are earned through qualifying purchases at participating outlets of the Brand
- The number of stamps awarded per transaction is determined by the Brand
- Stamps are non-transferable between customers or between brands
- Stamps have no cash value
1.2 Milestone Rewards
- Rewards are issued automatically when stamp milestones are reached
- Reward details (type, value, description) are set by the Brand and may change at any time
- Changes to rewards apply to future milestones only and do not affect previously earned rewards
- The Brand reserves the right to modify milestone positions with reasonable notice
1.3 Stamp Card Reset
- Your stamp card resets after the final milestone (configured by the brand, default 10 stamps) is reached
- Upon reset, a new card begins and previous stamps do not carry over
- Earned coupons and rewards remain valid regardless of card resets
2. Coupons and Rewards
2.1 Coupon Validity
- Coupons may have expiry dates as set by the Brand
- Expired coupons cannot be redeemed and have no cash value
- Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
2.2 Reward Fulfillment
- The Brand is solely responsible for fulfilling all rewards and coupons issued through their loyalty program
- STAMPEDE is the technology platform provider and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of any reward or product offered by the Brand
- Disputes regarding reward fulfillment should be directed to the Brand
2.3 Coupon Redemption
- Coupons must be redeemed at participating outlets by presenting the coupon QR code to staff
- Each coupon can only be redeemed once
- The Brand's staff will confirm redemption — this action cannot be undone
3. Referral Program
- Referral rewards are subject to the Brand's referral program configuration
- Both the referrer and the referred customer may receive rewards as specified by the Brand
- Self-referrals are not permitted and will be rejected
- The Brand reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
4. Account and Data
- Your account is identified by your phone number
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and OTP codes
- Your data within this loyalty program is governed by the STAMPEDE Privacy Policy
- The Brand can view your activity within their loyalty program (stamps, coupons, visits) but cannot access your data from other brands on the STAMPEDE platform
5. Platform Communications
As a customer of a brand using the STAMPEDE loyalty platform, you may receive communications from STAMPEDE AI PTE. LTD. directly. These communications are distinct from brand-initiated messages and are sent on behalf of the STAMPEDE platform to inform you of features, partner offers, and platform updates that may benefit you.
Platform communications are sent only to customers who have opted into WhatsApp notifications through a participating brand. You may opt out of platform communications at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in your loyalty account settings.
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving promotional communications from the business you signed up with via STAMPEDE. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
STAMPEDE AI PTE. LTD. will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Program Modifications
- The Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time
- Reasonable notice will be given for material changes
- Earned and unexpired rewards will be honored for a minimum of 30 days following program discontinuation
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Fraudulent stamp collection (e.g., using multiple accounts, manipulating QR codes)
- Sharing or selling coupons or rewards
- Any activity that undermines the integrity of the loyalty program
- Abusive behavior toward Brand staff
8. Limitation of Liability
- STAMPEDE provides the technology platform on an “as-is” basis
- STAMPEDE is not liable for any loss arising from the Brand's loyalty program, including but not limited to: reward fulfillment failures, program changes, or business closure
- The Brand's total liability is limited to the value of the rewards earned and unexpired at the time of any dispute
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which STAMPEDE AI PTE. LTD. is incorporated (Singapore), unless local mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise. See the Jurisdiction-Specific Terms below for additional details.

11. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms
STAMPEDE AI PTE. LTD. is incorporated in Singapore. The following additional terms apply based on your location:
- Singapore: Personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Disputes are subject to Singapore courts.
- Indonesia: Personal data is protected under UU ITE and Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019. Local consumer protection laws apply.
- European Union / EEA: Personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have additional rights including the right to erasure and data portability.
- All other jurisdictions: The laws of Singapore apply unless local mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws override specific provisions.
